Welcome to the club that’s designed with the little ones’ happiness in mind. The Mall Monster, our shopping centre mascot, has set up a special kids club. It’s a place where all The Monster’s little friends meet to enjoy face painting, arts and crafts, storytelling, competitions and all sorts of special events throughout the year – designed to give parents some time to treasure, while their little treasures are entertained. They’ll make lots of new friends – and receive a special treat on their birthday.
Little Monsters turn back into little darlings, the second they feel clean and fresh! So, head to Bute Square (next to Footlocker) to find our recently refurbished parent and baby facilities, complete with spacious feeding, changing and toddler toilet areas, and dedicated facilities for breast feeding mothers. Our dedicated areas are all signposted, but if you have any trouble finding them, our Ask Me Point will be happy to help.
Don’t let the little ones drive you mad while you’re searching for a space – you’ll find dedicated parent and Child parking bays located in both the Market and Central car parks to make coming and going as simple and family friendly as can be.
Why shop ‘til you drop, when you can drop before you shop? Our Nursery and Crèche (on The Gallery level, next to the Management Office) offers a Drop-In facility so you can get things done while the kids have some fun. Pop in for more details.
Take a break and let your little ones run wild in our free jungle themed play area located outside The Entertainer toy shop in Feast Street.
Featuring a fantastic, fun soft play area for kids to run wild and an interactive play zone where kids can play educational games on the giant tablet.
So take a breather during your visit and let the kids do what they do best, have fun and play!

There are plenty of child-friendly places to eat within The Mall, who’ll be more than happy to serve great food to you and your brood –and if there’s a birthday to celebrate, finding a store to throw a party is a piece of cake!
