Flossie the Flamingo, our mascot, has set up a special kids club. It’s a place where all of Luton’s little friends meet to enjoy face painting, arts and crafts, storytelling, competitions and all sorts of special events throughout the year – designed to give parents some time to treasure, while their little treasures are entertained.

Little chicks are at their happiest when they feel clean and fresh! So, head to Bute Square (next to Black Sheep Coffee) to find our recently refurbished parent and baby facilities, complete with spacious feeding, changing and toddler toilet areas, and dedicated facilities for breast feeding mothers. Our dedicated areas are all signposted, but if you have any trouble finding them, our friendly security and cleaning teams will be happy to help.
Don’t let the little ones drive you mad while you’re searching for a space – you’ll find dedicated Parent and Child parking bays located in both Market and Central Car Park to make coming and going as simple and family friendly as can be.
Why shop ‘til you drop, when you can drop before you shop? Our Nursery and Crèche (on The Gallery level, next to A&Z Dry Cleaners) offers a Drop-In facility so you can get things done while the kids have some fun. Pop in for more details.
Take a break and let your little ones run wild in our free jungle themed play area located outside ToyTown in Smith Lane.
