Being at the heart of the local community we are committed to ensuring all our guests enjoy their experience of shopping with us and offer a wide range of services for people with disabilities.
There are lifts (with audio) to the Gallery Level of the centre, outside Lidl, as well as lifts to all car parks. All lifts in Luton Point have emergency alarms and low level buttons. Our entrances have either automatic doors or none for easy access and assistance dogs are always welcome.
There are disabled parking bays in the Market Car Park and Central Car Park. If using the Market Car Park in the evening, please park on the Ground floor only as the lifts in the Market Car Park are not accessible during the evening as they all lead into the closed part of the centre. Alternatively Central Car Park can be used in the evening as access to the lift is maintained.
*Please note lift access in Market Car Park is from Level 3 and above.
Located in Market Car Park on Level 3, Shopmobility are open every Monday and Wednesday from 9:30am to 4pm and the last scooter will be issued at 2:30pm.
Scooters cost £2 per hour and guests must complete an application form and provide 2 forms of ID with correct address.
Luton Point understands busy crowds and loud noises can be overwhelming and daunting for some guests and therefore every Tuesday from 9am to 10am we hold a Quiet Hour in the centre. Many of our stores participate which can be seen on our Quiet Hour page.

The Entertainer also run a quiet hour by switching off music and loud demo products in store for the first hour of opening every day.
All of our customer-facing staff have had Dementia Awareness training.
Join us on the first Tuesday of every month in Esquires Coffee between 10am and 12pm for a free coffee morning with information and guidance from Alzheimer’s Society experts.
Our disabled toilets are free of charge and controlled by radar keys, to gain access enquire with a member of our team, alternatively Radar keys can be purchased from the Town Hall. The disabled toilets are located near Bute Square next door to H&M, near Central Square by The Fragrance Shop and in Church Street near the entrance to the indoor market. For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilets, should you need it. There is also a hoist in the Central Square disabled toilet facility.

Visit our main facilities, featuring mens, ladies, disabled and parent facilities, situated off Bute Square next door to H&M. You can also find toilets located at the entrance to the indoor market in Church Street.
It's no fun for little ones (or you) when they are uncomfortable. Whether a nappy needs changing or some peace and quiet to feed baby is required, head to Bute Square (next to H&M) to find our parent and baby facilities, complete with fun and colourful designs on the walls, four baby changing stations, a private feeding area with sliding door and comfortable chairs plus a wall of games for toddlers, and a larger toilet with room for a buggy or pram.
Free WiFi is available for shoppers at Luton Point. To access the service, check that WiFi is enabled and select '_Luton Point Free WiFi' from the list of available networks. Open your internet browser and the landing page should appear. If it is your first time using network follow the simple one-time registration process.
