About the Opportunity: Clinic Manager

As our Clinic Manager, you will be at the forefront of our Luton clinic’s success. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations while inspiring, developing, and supporting a team of passionate Beauty Therapists and clinicians.

You’ll balance hands-on treatments with leadership responsibilities, driving performance, upholding clinic standards, and ensuring our clients receive world-class service and results.

Working Hours & Flexibility:

We offer two options for working patterns:

  • 5 days a week with shorter daily hours, including early or late starts. This is our preferred option.
  • Or 4 days a week with weekend-on/weekend-off rota.

If you choose the 5-day pattern, some weekend working is required, with the rota to be agreed upon with the team.

What You Will Bring:

Required:

  • NVQ Level 4 in Laser & Light IPL (essential)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinic management experience
  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and organisational skills
  • Passion for skincare, laser, and aesthetic treatments
  • Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Confidence in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Desirable:

  • Experience with Candela laser technology
  • Background in retail or aesthetics clinic management

What You’ll Do:

As a Clinic Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service and oversee advanced treatments, ensuring every client feels confident, cared for, and valued throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the bar: Clearly communicate KPIs and performance standards, then support your team to achieve (and exceed) them through regular feedback and goal-setting.
  • Coach for growth: Mentor, guide, and empower your team—developing individual strengths and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Keep things running: Manage team rosters and staffing levels to ensure consistent coverage and a great client experience every day.
  • Own the details: Follow and uphold all clinic processes around payroll, stock management, and inventory control—keeping everything organised and on track.
  • Drive excellence: Oversee daily clinic operations, ensure compliance, and take the lead on essential checks and maintenance to keep the clinic at its best.
  • Stay hands-on: The Clinic Manager is also expected to deliver treatments when needed—from laser hair removal to advanced skin services—supporting your team and clients where it matters most.
