The Pod is here for face-to-face support with managing your money.  They’ll be able to help you with most of your banking needs, including:

• Help with general product enquiries
• Cash withdrawals
• Cash deposits
• Paying bills
• Help using Internet and Mobile Banking
• Support with managing your money
• Managing finances if you’ve suffered a bereavement
• Non-cash payments to someone you’ve paid before, up to £10,000
