Store Assistants – Choice

We have an exciting opportunity for multiple Store Assistants to join our friendly team at our new Luton store which is due to open in March 2025.

Choice is one of the leading fashion discount outlets, based in the south east of the UK with over 22 Stores in various locations, and over 50 years of history. We specialise in selling surplus discounted women’s, men’s and children’s fashion, footwear, and home and furniture products from one of the UK’s leading high street brands.

The store is located in a prime position within Luton Point and will be one of the largest of our stores.

The Role

The role will include, but is not limited to, providing an outstanding customer experience within the store by assisting customers on the shop floor, at the service desk, replenishing stock, keeping the store tidy, and working within the stock room.

Our ideal candidates for the Store Assistant position will;

• be experienced in customer service, ideally within a retail environment.
• be enthusiastic, focused and driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering a great service.
• thrive in our lively store and are passionate and knowledgeable about our products and services.

It is essential to be able to demonstrate that you;

• have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• have a can do, proactive and positive attitude with drive and determination to succeed individually and as part of a team.
• have a flexible approach.

These are permanent positions , with various shifts and contracted hours per week. In addition, The store opening hours are between 9.00am – 7.00pm Monday to Saturday and 11.00am to 5.00pm on Sunday therefore you should be prepared to work between those times.
