100% paperless departments
In 2020 we launched a new trackforce app which gives us the ability to make our cleaning and security departments 100% paperless. This app allows our teams to manage fault logging, accident reports, customer feedback and complete H&S tours. This system allows real time reporting and instant modification straight from either Android or iPhone.

Uniform Express, our centre staff uniform supplier, have initiatives in place to address each stage of the life cycle of their garments. Our soft services partner, Bidvest Noonan (UK), have started working with them on the disposal of uniforms as a priority and will kick off more initiatives as part of their 2023 Scope 3 carbon reduction plan.
