Short Tail Trail App Reward Terms & Conditions for Luton Point
1. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms, so please read carefully.
2. To claim the reward, participants must unlock our sculpture, ‘Colour My World’ via the Short Tail Trail app. The sculpture is located in the atrium at the shopping centre.
3. The reward is a either a ‘colour in carry case’ or Luton Point tote bag. Rewards are whilst stocks last and can be changed at any point during the trail period.
4. Participants are required to come to the shopping centre to collect their reward. Rewards can be collected at either:
• the Centre Management Office on the Gallery level of the shopping centre (open year round Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm) or
• visit the Giant Summer Maze located in Central Square at the shopping centre (open 11am – 5pm daily from 22nd July – 27th August)
5. When collecting the reward the participant must follow the on-screen instructions in the app to ‘claim the reward’ and input a code which centre staff will provide them with. This will generate the claim success screen to be shown to centre staff to collect the reward.
6. Entry is open to UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding Luton Point employees and their relatives, agents of Luton Point or anyone professionally connected with the activity.
7. Only one Colour My World sculpture reward can be claimed per person throughout the trail duration. No purchase necessary.
8. No cash alternative. Rewards are non-transferable.
9. Participants agree to have their photo taken when collecting their reward, which can be used in public relations or communications activities arranged by Luton Point, including but not limited to promoting the participants name and photo on the centre’s website, social media channels and to local media.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or temporarily suspend this promotion due to events arising beyond its control. Neither the promoter not its agents are responsible for third party acts or omissions.
