Tastes Around the World - Terms and conditions:

1. Closing date for entries is 11:59pm Tuesday 22^nd April 2025
2. Each stamp is to be given with a £3 spend at a food or drink outlet at Luton Point, the list for which can be found on their website here - https://bit.ly/3FEsCfW Please note this does not include supermarkets such as Lidl, Tesco and Farmfoods.
   • For example, if a purchase is made for £5.99 this will qualify as only one stamp, and any spends under £3 will not qualify for a stamp
3. Winners will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form shortly after the closing date
4. Entrants must be aged 18 or over as of 5^th April 2025
5. Employees of Luton Point, its stores, and any agencies connected with the competition and their families, are not eligible to enter.
6. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Luton Point, nor any connected agencies, accept liability for entries that have been lost or stolen.
8. Only one entry per person will be counted, however each member of a household can enter providing they are over the age of 18
9. Competition prize must be booked by Luton Point’s designated travel agent for this competition, and entitles a family to a holiday to Disneyland Paris up to the value of £4,317.96 This example listed is as of 1^st Feb 2025, and consists of:
   • Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park tickets (2 x Adult 12+ and 2 x Ages 3-11 for Monday 21^st July 2025 – Saturday 26^th July 2025, for example)
   • Eurostar from London St Pancras to Disneyland Paris Marne-la-Vallee (via Lille Europe) with returning journey. Monday 21^st July 2025 departure 13:01 and arrival 16:58 to Saturday 26^th July 2025 departure 12:51 and arrival 16:00 back to London St Pancras
   • Disney Hotel Santa Fe accommodation in Cars Standard Room from Monday 21^st July – Saturday 26^th July – 2 x adults and 2 x children
   • Standard meal plan – half board for 2 x Adults (12+) and 2 x Child (3-11).
   • Disney magical extras – 15% off selected items at disneystore.co.uk and personalised holiday planning emails
10. Any additional costs over £4,317.96 must be covered by the winner. This prize must be redeemed in accordance to (travel agent) Sarah Jennings Travel Counsellor’s terms and conditions at the time of booking. Further information about the services and trip protections can be found here.
11. The holiday must be booked with Sarah Jennings of Travel Counsellors no later than Monday 30th June 2025
12. The holiday must be taken by no later than Thursday 30th April 2026
13. Travel insurance is not provided as part of the prize and it is the winner’s sole responsibility to put the correct cover in place for their entire travel party.
14. Travel to and from London St Pancras is not included in the prize and is the winner’s responsibility.
15. All travel documents such as passports and any necessary visas to travel are the winner’s sole responsibility and Luton Point, Travel Counsellors and all agencies associated with this competition accept no responsibility for failed travel due to errors or omissions by any of the passengers booked.
16. Luton Point and Travel Counsellors do not take any responsibility for any losses, cancellations, delays or unexpected issues during travel aside from those covered by the terms and conditions of the booking made with Travel Counsellors.
17. There is no cash alternative available. This includes the cost of the holiday being below the value of £4,317.96. Instead the difference can be claimed in Euros at either Eurochange or The Change Group based on their current exchange rate on day of purchase.
18. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.
19. We promise not to share your data with anybody else. We will process your data in compliance with the current UK and EU data protection legislation, which includes the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 20. Please be aware of spam accounts, and fake accounts posing as Luton Point on competitions. We will never ask for your bank details in order to enter a competition. Winners will only be contacted by our team.
21. By entering into this competition, the entrant agrees to have photos and videos taken for publicity and social media purposes.
22. Luton Point has the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time
