Β A Quiet Hour every Tuesday between 9am-and 10am for those who prefer a quieter shopping experience
Β Shopmobility is available at Luton Point for easier access for shoppers. It is located in Market Car Park on Level 3 from 9:30am - 4pm, with the last scooter issued at 2:30pm.Β
We also host a Coffee Morning on the first Tuesday morning of every month atΒ Esquires CoffeeΒ in association withΒ Alzheimer's Society, anyone with any concerns can come and have a chat with the experts between 10am and midday ![]()
We are working with stores to improve the experience for customers with a disability by sharing a range of guides from organisations such as Sight Loss Councils and Purple 365, highlighting simple changes and tips that can really make a difference.
