Please note that work is currently underway at our Silver Street entrance, nearest the train station.
We are replacing the existing escalators with a staircase to improve customer flow, safety and reliability. The new staircase will see improved lighting, slip resistant surfaces and clear signage for ease of access to and from the train station, and other parts of the town.
Works are expected to complete in September. Alternative routes are in place throughout this transition period with signage in place to assist you, and lift access remains available for those with mobility needs throughout the project and post completion.
