Join us for a vibrant afternoon celebrating Diwali, the Festival of Lights! This free event offers a wonderful opportunity to discover the traditions and stories behind one of the most cherished festivals in Hinduism, also observed in Sikhism and Jainism.
Diwali symbolizes the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance and good over evil. The word 'Diwali' means rows of lighted lamps, and to mark the occasion, we’re hosting a creative workshop where you can craft your very own decorative lamp to take home—just in time for the festivities later this month.
